Horizontal Stabilizer

After two failed starts on the spars for the horizontal stabilizer, I finally made some progress

I started by placing the spar reinforcements into the spar and match drilling all of the holes, including the mounting brackets.  This is time consuming, but simple.
This part was a little more complicated.  The is the front spar with two angle bracket reinforcements.  They have to be bent at an angle, and the spar pieces at a matching angle.  Then they need to get drilled.
Here are the rear spar reinforcements primed.
Heres the skeleton has been assembled minus the additional drilling necessary.  Not all of the airplane comes predrilled, so you can see that the inside edges of the center doesn't have clecos, and neither are there any along the front spar between the ribs and the center ribs.
Here i've drilled in the front spar...

And starting to drill the front leading edge rib.
And the giant porcupine ready to get dissassembled, deburred, and primed before final assembly.
Heres a shot of the inside and the newly drilled holes along the center edge and on top of the front spar.

Oh yea, and dimpling...
Prime time!

And the rear spar assembly begins.
Riveting on the brackets

Assembled skeleton.

And the last few rivets to go!
